PMET PE1650 is a specially structured oil alcohol polyether phosphate ester, which is a lubricant, extreme pressure anti‑wear additive, corrosion inhibitor, wetting agent, emulsifier, cleaning agent, dispersant for lubrication and rolling oil, hydraulic and water‑based cutting fluid, glass cutting and polishing lubricant, biodegradable and non‑ecotoxic surfactant. As a long carbon chain phosphate, it can be applied to reduce friction and wear under high load induced boundary lubrication conditions, extend equipment life, reduce tool losses and reduce energy consumption. In the cutting and grinding oil (fluid), it has a "polishing" function to produce processed products with excellent surface finish. Compared with other sulfur compounds and chlorine compounds, phosphate ester can reduce corrosion, especially has excellent aluminum corrosion inhibition effect.
Multifunctional additive: Acts as lubricant, EP/AW additive, corrosion inhibitor, wetting agent, emulsifier, cleaning agent and dispersant.
Excellent extreme pressure & lubrication properties: Reduces friction and wear under high load induced boundary lubrication conditions.
Excellent emulsification performance: Provides excellent emulsification performance.
Good rust prevention after amine neutralization: Delivers good rust prevention after amine neutralization.
Low‑foaming & good aluminum corrosion inhibition: Low‑foaming with excellent aluminum corrosion inhibition.
Biodegradable & non‑ecotoxic: Biodegradable and non‑ecotoxic surfactant.
Extreme pressure & lubrication: Provides extreme pressure and lubrication, extending equipment life, reducing tool losses and reducing energy consumption.
Emulsification & cleaning: Serves as emulsifier, wetting agent, cleaning agent and dispersant.
Corrosion inhibition: Reduces corrosion compared with sulfur and chlorine compounds, with excellent aluminum corrosion inhibition.
Surface finish improvement: "Polishing" function in cutting and grinding oils to produce excellent surface finish.
Provides extreme pressure, lubrication, emulsification, rust prevention and aluminum corrosion inhibition.
Outstanding effect on stainless steel and aluminum alloy processing, with good tool protection.
Enhances performance of hydraulic fluids, water‑based cutting fluids and rolling oils.
